Calculator App for iPad?

I went to the App Store and downloaded a free app called, "calculator HD".

Apple includes a calculator.

Click the Utilities Icon to find the calculator.

Only the iPhone comes with a calculator.
Do a search in iStore, dozens there.

So, there is one on the iphone but not the ipad?

Sorry, that is incorrect.

We have both iPad Air and iPad 3.
Neither one included a calculator.
My iPod came with a calculator.

Calculator Comes stock with the iPhone!

I still just don't get these pads that are only wifi capable most don't have usb ports and they can't really do squat. Just saying

Why does everyone want to switch to a pad instead of using a laptop which now is as light and thin as ever and functions as a REAL computer and you don't have to search out and sit in a coffee shop to use it?:?

The calculator I have is called "Jumbo Calculator Plus" Nice & large , easy to use.

search the app store. I know there are several available.

As far as Google Docs, it has a very powerful calculator function but you would need to do the calcs in its spreadsheet module so not the most convenient.
