Camping World not refunded money
We purchased a $700+ mattress from Camping World that ended up being defective. The mattress was returned and arrived at the Warehouse on July 16th, and we still have not been credited for the purchase, even though I keep being told we were refunded and we would see it within the next few days. I realize it takes time to process these things but it has been 26 days. On one call I made to ask about the status of my return, the rep laughed and said are you waiting on your refund? Another was completely incompetent and brought up 3 different orders that were not mine - I asked to speak to his manager multiple times but he would not let me. Another was a comedian and continually made jokes. Yes, I have called multiple times with the same response. Our ticket is closed and my account will be credited in 3-5 days. I have asked to speak to someone who can actually help but I have been told each time there is no one else to talk to, other than the rep you get on the phone....Help!
