I have had 2 radios and an internet account for about 12 years. Never once got a deal.
I switched my truck to broadcast from my smart phone via Bluetooth to the radio. Got 4gb's of music on my phone. Takes about 2 years to loop.
I left DW's new car on Sirius and the internet access for my workshop & or computers in the house.
This enabled me to cancel one radio.
======================================
1) It took me many calls, over a week and they messed it up.
2) You cannot cancel via their e-mail address, web page or online help feature. It must be done live on the phone so they can avoid answering (hours on hold) and beg you to re-new.
3) I was billed (because they had my cc# for 12 years).
4) I was so mad after all that press 1 for this 2 for this 3 for that and be put on hold for hours (multiple times).
The only thing I could do to get what I wanted is to threaten them with cancelling all 3 radios instead of just the one (via an online help session). This only occurred after my wife & I were so mad at them that we were going to cancel all of it. Believe me, DW is not easily angered.
Finally - 3 weeks later all was fixed. Kept 2 and dropped one.

In short.....these people here are correct. Never give out your credit card # to them (they will have control). Make them chase you to the end of time on their knees to get you to renew.

My .2 on the matter.
ps..... a month later their marketing people called and made me a fabulous offer. I declined (retired that radio). Asked them never to call me again.
