almost everything that came out since 2005 has, EVDO - vcast capability, if your looking specifically for a phone that does NOT, it will be very hard to find , you will need to look at a used or 'new old stock' older phone
with LG the 8000 , 8100, 8300, 8500, 8600, 9800, 9900, 9400 tv phone & the new 8700, all are vcast evdo
same for almost all Motorola & Samsung model
its very easy to turn the evdo off on an LG phone only takes about a minute
i've done it so many times i can do it one handed in about 20 seconds on my phones
