I don't think you will find a head unit with a built in XM tuner for under $100. The Sony AllegroD listed requires a separate purchase of an XM tuner and antenna.
Sonic Electronix has an Alpine that's XM ready for under $150. You will still need a wiring harness adapter and double to single SIN adapter if the OEM radio is double DIN sized.
