I seriously doubt that such a product exists, though most wireless printers will show you avabial Wi-Fi Routers.. Wi-Fi "hot spots" are (or should be) designed to discourage file and printer sharing via the router.. The printer needs to be on a Local Area Net which you control at least in my expierence.
As to getting a Wireless printer to work.. Well, I suspect your problem is NOT the printer, it is the router.. If you are trying to connect both your comptuer and your printer to the park's wi-fi you can, but again, if the park has a properly configured router. it won't work
What I do.... I connect an adapter to the park, this adapter aces as a "Wi-Fi Modem" and feeds (via cat-5) my house router.. This laptop and my printer are both connected to said Router.. works great.
Now the product I use is no longer made, but I also have a 2nd Wi-Fi Re-router (TP-link) IU got for like 15 bucks, I could do it via that as well. And there are several products like Wi-Fi Ranger that are designed to "Extend" your Wi-Fi range (Enable you to connect to the park Wi-Fi from greater distances) and many of those are 2-part.. The outdoor part is an adapter much like the one I use, and the indoor one is a router, much like the one I sue only better
(Avoid Belkin Routers, that's what I have).
Some suggestions
Make sure your LOCAL wireless network is secure (Not open)
Then you have to enter the pass-key/phrase/word into the Printer at set up
Also make sure the loacl (LAN) Ip address of the router portion is NOT 192.168.0.x or 192.168.1.x (I use 5 in the 3rd number but also recommend against it, In fact I recommend against 0,1,5,10,15,20,and any multiple of 5, use something like 12 or 27 and the odds of ever finding a park router that's 192.168.that same number.anything approach zero)
You must hard code ther IP of the printer (Same first 3, use somehing like 251 for the last digit, though in my house that is something else)
If you are in S.E. Ga, I can set it up for you.
