Fat chance and they probably tied it to some other wires.
That said. Get a helper to tug and pull from each end to see if it is loose. You can sometimes drop speakers or lights out for access. If the coax is loose solder the new one center connectors together and some of the braid if possible. Make it as smooth and close to the diameter as the original coax as possible. Then gently push on your end and have someone pull.
