Switching from a SWM dish to a 18" round dish means disconnecting the SWM and running the input cable directly to the receiver. This is a hassle and means getting behind the tv. So I built a bypass switch into a small aluminum box with 4 F- type connectors and a DPDT switch. Tested with the modified dish and works great. Easy to go back to the SWM dish too by resetting the dish configuration.
