Connecting dish receiver to video distribution box

Hiking Hunter, the TV signal is sent from the distro box to two other TV's. This is a standard setup for most motorhomes.

When I bought this, I thought the distro box would have an option for HDMI input, but it doesn't. (should have checked first). Havent found a box that has anything for HDMI input connection.

Everybody with same equipment setup is going to have the same problem until someone make an updated video control center with HDMI input.
