Connecting Jensen MP5000 to new LED TV??? URGENT

Ok, so we just bought our 2010 Keystone Springdale and it has a Jensen MP5000 media unit in it. Hanging out the back are your standard RCA (red, yellow and white) plugs. Well the new TV we bought ...

I have that same Jensen unit and I never did like the video quality from those RCA jacks. I bought an HDMI DVD player so I could enjoy my HDTV.
Not to mention one of the DVD's is now permanently stuck in the Jensen unit. At least I know I can always use it to watch season 3 of the Office.
