Jensen MP5000 DVD Player

We purchased a travel trailer with a Jensen MP5000 DVD/CD/Radio unit. This week-end we tried to play our first DVD in the camper and we could hear the DVD, but could not get the picture. We printed the manual and tried to follow the instructions. Can someone tell me what channel my TV should be on? We tried several different ones trying to get it to work. Thanks!

    Did you try cycling between the various available inputs. Not likely it's connected to a "channel".

    Going to be on an A/V. Input
    Or an HDMI. Input
    Since you mention hearing the audio
    It is most likely an a/v input
    From the the TV remote push the input button,
    Or
    The setup button
    Select input scroll through the selections
    A/v 1
    A/V 2
    Cable
    Antenna

    Etc..

    The player only has A/V outputs. Use your TV remote to change the input from "antenna/cable" to (probably) A/V-1
    Make certain there are three phono-style cables connected to the back of your TV
