Connecting Jensen MP5000 to new LED TV??? URGENT

Ok, so we just bought our 2010 Keystone Springdale and it has a Jensen MP5000 media unit in it. Hanging out the back are your standard RCA (red, yellow and white) plugs. Well the new TV we bought ...

The Jensen AWM975 is an upgrade having a HDMI output. While it does have a HDMI output I added a separate Blu-Ray player in a cubby next to the Jensen.
