Copilot app not working through vehicle speakers

I am using the premium Copilot app on my IPad 3. I paired the iPad to two vehicles, a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2013 Toyota Highlander. It pairs fine, but I don't get any talking through the spe...

Do you have the vehicle radio set to the Bluetooth Audio input? That's the only way you can hear it. So that means no radio during GPS use.
