Copilot app not working through vehicle speakers

I am using the premium Copilot app on my IPad 3. I paired the iPad to two vehicles, a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2013 Toyota Highlander. It pairs fine, but I don't get any talking through the spe...
