It worked but not well,It recorded in 3 to 5 min sections with a 1 to 2 second recording in between, not a real smooth transition. Each segment was not the same amount of time. Symptoms of a fake processor.

If it doesn't have a Novatek processor ...Fake
You have to open it up to find out, it is real easy to do. The pictures in the article show the real one. Mine had Russian writing on it.
If you read the article from Dashcam Talk that was in the last posts where it tells about the fake.
If yours have any of these things like mine did it is a FAKE. I got my money back when I brought all of these facts up to them.

I think your definition of "fake" is fake. now if they advertise it has a GPS and it doesn't, then it is false advertising, not fake. A FAKE GPS would show some numbers, not correct however. where is it ordained that a dash camera has to have a Novatek processor?
