COBRA will not work with IPads. I spent a hour with an Apple pro and the Cobra App is not compatible with the newer IOS. Their app has not been updated in over two years. You can use a computer but not an IPad. So I wasted about four hours of my life to find out that Cobra is not supporting their products like I would think they would. Thankfully COSTCO has a great return policy.
