Short answer. No. SWM splitters only work when connected to SWM hardware and the dome does not have any SWM hardware. You could also buy a SWM8 switch and a PI29 power inserter and use these in conjunction with your DTV receivers but you still need one dedicated cable from the splitter to the each receiver.
With that setup you could get a Genie and client if you wanted and you would have 5 tuners with access to everything on the Genie on both TV's! You could also just do the 2 DVR setup if you prefer.
