As of now I have dish, pay as you go, My son has Direct TV in his house. He does not have an RV but I do, So the million dollar question, If I buy another receiver can I get Direct TV about 200 miles ...

Unless that receiver is located in a bedroom in your daughter's house, what you have done is called Theft of Service and is illegal.
