As of now I have dish, pay as you go, My son has Direct TV in his house. He does not have an RV but I do, So the million dollar question, If I buy another receiver can I get Direct TV about 200 miles ...

The receiver and access card must match or they will not work. The OP says his son is getting another receiver. It will come with an access card.
