As of now I have dish, pay as you go, My son has Direct TV in his house. He does not have an RV but I do, So the million dollar question, If I buy another receiver can I get Direct TV about 200 miles ...

It's OK for you to take one of your own receivers and travel with it that's fine they do that all the time and it's an acceptable practice technically you're not in two places at the same time so the service at your home probably isn't being used. And when you loaned it to someone else a neighbor friend that's the only part that's a problem . your account is yours for your personal use not anyone else .
Of course the satellite Company can't determine where you are and what you do is your own business (??) plus people think they're paying too much anyway. Just be aware technically according to the contract it's theft of service The fact you feel you paid enough for the service already is immaterial . Comes up all the time everyone gets hot about it , but them is the facts!!!
