I am surprised that they let us move a 2nd receiver into our RV. But when I do that, they assume that I will NOT be using any service at the house, especially when I have the local channels moved to a specific area. But they have to know that many RV'ers will have a house sitter, or another family member using the service (w/o locals) at the house while they are gone in the RV. Therefore, even tho that really is theft of service, they are not concerned enuff about it to stop the RV receivers.
What amazes me, is if they are able to stop the locals from the home area, why can't they stop the regular programming in the home area too ?
