The receivers do not interact so pushing the reset everything button will only reset everything on that receiver. That would be DTV's first thing in trouble shooting the system. If the other H25 is working properly, swap this H25 with that H25. If it still only gets 101 then the reset everything and a new satellite setup should get it going again.
