I did call winegard,and it's probably a good thing they didn't say that and tried to help as sooner or later I'll be in the market for a new rv antenna. however nothing helped so I called directv which also could not resolved the problem. They wanted me to call a tv repair service. I told them I was going to swap the two H25 receivers and see if that helped for some reason they didn't want me to do that. After some discussion they decided to replace all my receivers at no cost since I had them eight years.I hope the replaced D12 receiver will put out the required voltage so I can use that in the RV and not the H25.I can't say the swm840 was the problem,but something caused that receiver not to see the HD satellites. O on a side note when calling directv I think it worked for me not to mention RV.
