DirecTV receiver only numbers on every other transponder
A guy several sites over from me is having this problem and I can't remember what to do to solve this. He has a 98 signal but gets no picture.

I have the SWM, and a KD, when using a SD receiver, it will not show any signal level unless I am on a Direct TV Sat. I can watch my KD lock on a Sat (Green LED), but my direct TV SD receiver shows Zero.
