I suspect if I really needed W10 I would upgrade. Maybe if my time was so valuable I had be up and running in 5 seconds that would be a plus. I can certainly see how a company would need W10. For us rural people that don't live in the fast paced urban areas doubt W10 is that important. I guess the major disadvantage of W10 is it is up in 5 seconds. Then I connect to my ATT Sierra or Verizon Jetpack module, open my internet and wait for all my W10 upgrades before I can read and answer emails or make an Amazon purchase. Like buying a fancy fast sports car to go to town in the winter then sit in a ditch while all the slow 4WD vehicles pass me by and get the job done. :B
