Go to your TV/receiver and hit the Menu button. Type in the numbers 6-1-1 to get to the Dish Point screen and then click on the button that says Check Switch. Tell us what satellites are listed there. Do not proceed past this point, just exit your way out of the setup menu. I think you have been re-pointed to the Eastern Arc satellites but that's just a guess. Let us know what you find and we can get you the correct information.
