Dish Network compatibility??????????

take your dish 500,set skew to 90degrees (streight up and down) cover one lnb then aim at satelite 72.7 you will get all your hd channels except locals,don't worry about sat 77 it is only latino,to see what sat your programing is comming from while watching a channel push info on remote then press it a second time in the upper left corner you will see a small picture of a sat dish and a number next to it that is the sat that you are receiving,oh by the way to get the settings to aim at sat 72.7 under aiming dish screen select type dish as 300 and go for sat 61.5 (72 is not listed)sat 72 is about 7 degrees higher and 6 degrees to the right (west) very easy to hit,make sure to do check switch and when message comes up that you are receiving less satellites select ok it asks twice again ok. good luck
