For the East Coast, when a city is served by both Eastern & Western Arc sats, it's more likely that just one of the arcs will be HD.

For the East Coast, if a city is served by both Eastern & Western Arc sats, the 128 & 61.5 combo is less likely than 61.5 & 110 or 61.5 & 119.
