If you have a 1000.4 antenna then you cannot point that antenna to 110 and 119. You should be able to replace the 1000.4 LNB with a 1000.2 LNB and use the same antenna. The 1000.4 LNB spread is different than the 1000.2 LNB spread and therefore not compatible.
You don't need any special tools to point the antenna as the EA and WA satellites broadcast the exact same kind of signal (KU band). The Dish 500 antenna/LNB would get you 110 and 119 only or the 1000.2 antenna/LNB can, if you choose, receive 110, 119 and 129.
