You don't need any special tools to point the antenna as the EA and WA satellites broadcast the exact same kind of signal (KU band). The Dish 500 antenna/LNB would get you 110 and 119 only or the 1000.2 antenna/LNB can, if you choose, receive 110, 119 and 129.
This link goes to 1000.4 western arc LNBF that's sold through Amazon. I have one that I switch out with my eastern arc LNBF as needed for a clean sight line.
