I want to thank everyone for their input. I will obtain an "Inline" meter and try with my existing setup of 1. Receiver VIP612DVR and 2. My Dish 500 antenna and try for 110/119. Before I got my upgrade to Dish HD, Eastern Arc I could set up the old Dish 500 with just a compass and WIFE. :)
I will make one final post when I reach my goal later on.
