Since you lease the unit, it must be authorized at all times. I just ran into the reverse of this last winter. I wanted to turn off my Joey and Hoppers for the winter in the S&B house. Since they were leased, I couldn't do it. It is in the fine print of your contract. GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!
