Dish TV. Can I just move our house receiver to the RV?

HI, We are planning to move one of our extra house dish receivers into our RV. We have a portable sat dish and cable. Is this going to work? We only plan to travel around Florida so I"m not worr...

I remember now what it was.. DTV told me that at my house I was in one area for my registered service and that if I roamed around to another "area" I would need to tell them I was in that area and that the dish I needed would just know that. For some reason that makes no sense at all. Well for one thing, the Carryout systems are extremely convenient. Just pull up and turn on the tv.. home truly is where you park it!
