Don't know password
I have a computer which uses Microsoft.......it had problesm which I will not describe here, but now seems OK.....EXCEPT it will NOT come up........asks for a password..........I don't KNOW the pas...

Microsoft NEVER calls users, ever! you've been hacked. if your PC is connected to the internet I strongly recommend that you turn it off or disconnect it from the net.
X2. Time to reload the operating system. Hopefully you have backups of your data just in case you need to totally format the drive.
