I don't want locals. I want DNS, just what I had for YEARS up until this receiver went down. That triggered a disconnect of all programming and a reexmination of my account. I asked them to please just give me back what I had the day before my receiver was replaced, but they won't do it. Evidently this 'error' has been going on for years.
I'm not allowed to choose. If local programming is available, I must get that -according to the person I talked to.
To say that DTV's accounting is sloppy is putting it mildly. I have a feeling they've been caught and told to fix it.
