To say that DTV's accounting is sloppy is putting it mildly. I have a feeling they've been caught and told to fix it.
You cannot be in a house and get DNS. You will need to fill out the waiver and FAX it in (my faster to get turned on). You will need to list all receivers as being in the RV and provide the necessary documentation that you own an RV. You will then get NY or LA Networks (depending upon the time zone where the RV is registered but no Network programming where you live or have the RV parked. Once you get setup, you may be able to call and have them add the other Coast for an additional $5/month ($20/month total).
