Flickering 13.3 inch RCA flat screen 12 volt tv

Just recently my TV began flickering. In the center of the bottom of the screen, there is a "V" of darkness that spreads upwards to the upper corners, darkest at the bottom, lessening as it rises. ...

I bought mine in a grocery store for $75. Doesn't matter where it was built, it's a throw away.
