My Bionic is getting slow but FoxFi works too good on Jelly bean to go without.......

I doubt Motorola (Google) will ever release KitKat for your Bionic, most likely it will stay at JellyBean. Older Droid's (like my Razr) cpus are not compatible with KitKat.
