Question

It's for merging pics into a decent panorama.
To make it nice you need lots of overlap.

I have used the old version, I played around a bit with this new one, it seems OK and offers a few more tweeks

ICE also supports importing a video ... so if you take a nice slow video of some panoramic vista, you can import it into ICE and it will turn it into a huge photograph.
