Garmin Express not recognizing micro sd card in nuvi 2790

I've never emailed Garmin, but have called them on the phone several times for help. I try to avoid Email help because there are usually follow-on questions. Why play tag for several days. I usually have to be elevated to next help level where they usually take control of the GPS through my computer. They've fixed the problems every time.

And when hooked up to their site, do download all of your saved locations in case your GPS crashes or you buy a new one.
