I think it's a matter of time before mine develops an attitude (like Betty the white zone lady). She keeps trying to make me flip U-turns when I don't follow her instructions. She keeps her cool though and eventually we see eye to eye. She doesn't hold any grudges. What a nice lady. Having said all that, I still think Garmin has the best product out there. Having the lifetime maps option is very nice and if it ever fails they give me a good deal on an upgrade. You might call them and inquire. They will work with you.
