Why on earth would you not want to make left turns?
Left turns offer more space and a larger radius of turn than do right turns.
Moreover you are turning TO your drivers side so you have a clear view of your entire rig while turning and this is not the case with a right in some cases.
And I must say that frankly speaking if left turns make you uneasy then you probably should not be driving whatever rig it is you have.
So I am puzzled...maybe the OP can enlighten us all about why he would want such a thing? Some more detail perhaps.
