I, too, have experienced great customer service from Rand McNally. At first I thought I was out of luck with the problems I was having. I posted here about the problem and I soon received a private message from a member here, I believe, RandMcSam. He is a rep for Rand McNally and he keeps an eye open here for people experiencing problems with their GPS unit and gets personally involved to get things taken care of.
