i don't have a 4k TV and i have really can't tell the difference between 720P and 1080i when watching an action movie, not with my eyes
In theory Verizon caps hotspot streaming at 1080p, but could be some cat and mouse going on between V and NF.
but wouldn't that be on a stream going to the phone via streaming APP
I don't think that happens on a stream via wifi directly to the laptop or smart TV
