try turning everything OFF
then in this order turn them
TV ..LET IT BOOT ALL THE WAY UP, until you see the NO signal

if that doesn't work try it in the reverse order
give time for each device to come on, before turning on the next one
especially TV or wally wait a 30 - 60 sec before turning on the splitter

my only TV has 3 hdmi inputs, so i haven't needed one
