Help with JUNK emails on Iphone

That's your problem. It's an old account you've been using forever, no doubt. The longer you've been using an account the more spam you will get. Hotmail is pretty much obsolete. Set up a G-mail account, have your Hotmail forwarded to it for a while, until you can switch everything over.
Don't reply to anything from the Hotmail account, and it will eventually be dormant.
I get tons of spam in my Gmail account, but it does a pretty good job of sorting it out for me. I just ignore it. Gmail dumps everything over 30 days old.
