1. They defended their position that the recall had been performed on the generator. I told them that Honda verified that the recall had not been performed. This was accomplished through the serial number of the effected unit. Also, the Honda authorized dealer that performed the recall told me that it had not been accomplished. I have yet to hear from CW headquarters, as they apparently have chosen to ignore my email.
