You are wasting way too much time and energy over this.. A store that sells thousands of items daily had one slip through the cracks..You realized that, addressed it and now all is fine... Does it really matter if they accept responsibility? It was a mistake, and is over... move on and start enjoying life without demanding people to say they are sorry to you..Happy Camping !!
