1. Okay, thanks for all the input received concerning this issue. It is a matter of principle that I receive acknowledgement. To just ignore my email reeks of arrogance on the part of CW. As consumers, we should be treated better than this. Otherwise, we become our worse enemy. By the way, I am STILL waiting for my acknowledgement, but at least I have taken a breath.
