"Honest" Rated USB Battery?
Looking at some they boast a milliamp hour capacity that is just plain dishonest. Is there a "preferred" brand?

I hadn't heard of them either. Amazon sells them, you can go there to read about them.
Very expensive compared to Amazon's standard rechargeable AA batteries. The standard rechargeables also have a better mAh rating. And the standard rechargeable are rated for about double the number of charges that the USB batteries can take.
